Welcome to SafeSpot. By accessing our platform or using our safety vetting tools, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Use of Service

SafeSpot is a private due diligence tool designed to assist individuals in vetting dating contacts for personal safety. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. Stalking, harassment, intimidation, or using the data to cause harm or distress is strictly prohibited.

2. Search Privacy and Data Safety

We respect user privacy. All safety check queries are processed anonymously, and target subjects are never notified of checks run against their details. Raw search media, uploaded photographs, and external scrape results are processed ephemerally and are not permanently retained.

3. Accuracy of Information

SafeSpot aggregates and cross-references data from public registries, web footprints, and credentials leaks using probabilistic entity resolution. We do not generate, modify, or verify the absolute truth of public records. Results and matches are presented as indicator signals for your guidance and do not constitute legal proof.

4. Credit Packs and Spending

To run searches on the platform, users purchase credits via approved payment gateways. Checks consume credits instantly upon execution (1 credit for standard check, 5 credits for deep background scans). If a system failure prevents search completion, a refund is issued automatically to your account balance.

5. User Liability & Indemnification

By initiating any search, you agree that you are solely responsible for the query and assume all legal and financial liability. You explicitly agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SafeSpot and its operators from any claims, damages, or lawsuits (including privacy invasion, defamation, or harassment) initiated by any third-party target of your search.

6. Limitation of Liability & Accuracy Disclaimer

SafeSpot aggregates publicly available digital footprints and does not guarantee the truth or accuracy of any information. Results represent the online persona of the target which may differ from real-world behavior. SafeSpot shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the reports generated.

7. Restriction on Search Targets

SafeSpot is strictly designed for personal safety vetting of male contacts. You are strictly prohibited from performing searches on female targets. Any attempts to bypass this restriction may result in account termination and forfeiture of credits.
